  1. Place your belongings in a plastic bag (a shopping bag, a garbage bag, etc.)

  2. The store door will be closed but ring the bell so that we can pick up your clothes to clean.

  3. For safety reason, we ask you to wait outside the store.

  4. We prepare the sales ticket. You can pay contactless on our terminal or by bank transfer to our ING account by mentioning your sales ticket number

  5. We will inform you by SMS when your clothes are ready.

  6. Ring our doorbell and we will give your clothes cleaned and fresh.

Dear customers, Eurocleaning has reopened its doors and is ready to welcome you with adjusted opening times, and a service adapted to the instructions given by the Fédération Belge de l'Entretien du Textile during this period of the coronavirus pandemic.

PRINCIPLES OF PRECAUTIONS FOR YOUR CLOTHING:

  • Dry cleaning: standard dry cleaning uses a solvent which is capable of eliminating any micro-organisms from the treated laundry

  • Laundry: if possible we will wash at 60°. For washes at 30°/ 40°, we will add a complementary disinfectant product, provided that this will not damage your items
